apple-and-book

Introducing the Small Bites Book Club!   Why “small bites” you ask?   Because small bites allow us to slow down, savor, and better digest whatever it is that we are sampling whether it’s food or information.  Rather than reading one book a month, we will nibble on a few chapters.    Here’s how it works:  1) Get the book in any format you prefer; 2) Read or listen to the first four chapters ; 3)  RSVP  by using the box below, and come to the Small Bites Book Club meeting.   Discussions will be facilitated by yours truly.   Our first selection will be The Self-Compassion Diet by Jean Fain, LICSW, MSW.

Wednesday, April 5, 6:00-7:00pm
